Behind the Scenes at Integrate 2025: How IPAV Brought Logitech’s Vision to Life
When Logitech began preparing for Integrate, their focus was clear. They wanted a stand that showcased their new Rally Board 65 and the Streamline Kit for Rally Camera in a modern, clean, and technically precise way. Their in-house creative team developed a beautiful conceptual design. But turning that into a functional, physical space on a live trade show floor required something more.
That is where IPAV came in.
Our job was to take the vision and make it real. That meant translating early renders and creative direction into a stand that worked from both a technical and user perspective. Every display needed to be securely mounted, every cable hidden, and every product powered and networked in a way that just worked.
As anyone who has worked a trade show knows, building a stand is never as simple as it looks. Timelines shift. Schedules tighten. And when you’re relying on third-party builders or external contractors, flexibility is essential.
In this case, the build schedule changed significantly. We were required to be on-site much earlier than originally planned. That could have been a setback. Instead, it became an opportunity. By being there from the start, our team had time to get every underfloor cable run cleanly and methodically. We were able to double-check power, rework network routing, and ensure that the technology would be invisible to the eye but completely reliable in operation.
That’s always our goal: technology that disappears into the background and lets the experience shine through.
The final result was a stand that reflected everything Logitech wanted to show the market. Clean lines. Beautiful visuals. No mess, no clutter, and no stress. The Rally Board 65 and Streamline Kit were right at home, ready for hands-on demos and real conversations. Visitors walked in and immediately understood the power and simplicity of the products. That does not happen by accident. It takes planning, craft, and a team that understands the details.
Our relationship with Logitech is built on that kind of trust. They know we will deliver what they ask for, and try often for more. We know how to adapt when things get messy. And most importantly, we never lose sight of the end result: a space that works for the people who use it.
We are proud of what we delivered at Integrate. And we are grateful to Logitech for letting us play a part in their success.
