In the boardroom, Logitech Rally Bar and Logitech Sight work together to ensure all voices and faces are captured equitably, regardless of position in the room. Everything is centrally managed via the Logitech Tap, providing a simple, seamless control interface.

Huddle rooms were equipped with Logitech MeetUp 2 and Dell docks, offering a single USB-C connection for users. This not only drives the meeting experience but also charges the user's device — eliminating cable clutter and simplifying setup.

Microsoft Teams Room on Android powers conferencing across all rooms, ensuring a consistent, reliable meeting experience aligned with Xylem’s global platform.

For room scheduling, the solution incorporates Neat Pad, aligning with Xylem’s international standard for booking and visibility.

To extend boardroom functionality and make the most of existing infrastructure, an additional Logitech Rally Camera was installed to support rear-wall visibility. Paired with a Q-SYS NV-32, this allows the Logitech Tap to support page flip functionality, letting users dynamically choose what’s shown on the rear display — perfect for events like town halls where clarity and control are key.
